We had an initial phone chat, then I interviewed with the Director of Business Development. They asked for a Conflict of Interest Disclosure form, and it took them 2 weeks to look at it. By the time they finished, they had already hired someone else.

The hiring process is pretty standard, using Korn Ferry and other headhunters. The first meeting was a phone call, then an informal interview over coffee. After that, there was a formal interview with the HR team and several leaders. Most of the talk was about past experience and how it would fit with the project work. Project management is important here, but there's still a lot of training to get everyone on the same page.

I went through a two-stage process: first HR, then the Hiring Manager. Both interviews were mostly about my past experiences, career goals, and if I was a good fit. It seemed like an offer might come after the last interview. The whole hiring process was fast, smooth, and organized, and I got the offer letter pretty quickly.
