Really easy and quick process. It started with a short HR call (about 10 mins) and then a 1-hour interview with the team leader. They were mostly interested in my past coop/intern experience. I got the offer pretty fast, within 1-2 weeks.
It was pretty intense, it was in person, one on one with a recruiter. They probably asked around 20 questions. Anything from problem solving, to personality questions.
it was a pretty straightforward interview process because the company was expanding rapidly and hiring a lot of people at that time. first, there was a telephone screen interview, then two weeks later, i had a face-to-face interview with the manager, and i received an offer one week after that.
