Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 3 round process. First was a call with the corporate recruiter. Then a department head interview. After that, there was a group interview. HR generalist will talk to you after the 2nd interview. It was not difficult and people were friendly. Questions were common. I felt it was sincere.

The interview process went well overall, although it involved a lot of tests, some harder than others. I went through three interviews before it was finalized: first with HR, then with the division manager, and finally the project manager.

The interview process was pretty standard, starting with a quick chat over the phone, then an in-person meeting, and finally a background check. It felt like it took a while between steps, and I didn't really feel connected to the person interviewing me.
