First, there was a phone interview. Then, an in-person meeting where we talked about my experience and education. They asked a bunch of questions about personality and how I handled different situations at my previous jobs. They also asked about various tasks I've done and my computer skills. There were some computer tests too, covering Word, Excel, and personality. Finally, I met with the Procurement Manager, and I presented my background, education, and experience.

I had a formal interview with both the hiring manager and the HR manager. The HR manager asked me about my personality and how I'd handle some easy situations, while the hiring manager asked technical questions directly related to the job I applied for.

First I had a phone call with someone from recruiting. Then I spoke with another HR person on the phone. Lastly, I had a in-person interview with the hiring manager, who was joined by a senior estimator and an HR person.
