They reviewed my resume and past experiences. The interview was conversational, with the department head and a future co-worker. I was hired during the interview. They asked about my salary expectations and discussed the pension program and job duties. It was a great experience overall. I got an offer letter a few days later.
I had a brief 20-minute phone call, then a 45-minute video interview. It was pretty quick and to the point. They mostly asked technical questions. All in all, it went well.
The interview went pretty well, but I'm annoyed that I was ghosted. I never got a follow-up or any status update about the position. I sent an email query after a month of silence and it went unanswered. Overall, the communication was poor throughout the whole process.
