The whole process was pretty easy and professional. After I applied, someone named Sarah from the main office got in touch. She set up a video call on Google Meets to talk about the company and the job, and I got to ask her anything. She was really nice and made it feel organized and comfortable. Then, I had an in-person interview at the airport with Cora, the General Manager. It was about 30 minutes and felt more like a chat than an interview. She asked me about my past jobs, what I'm good at and not so good at, and how I deal with customers. She also went into detail about what the job entails, the benefits, and shared her own career path, which was pretty motivating. I made sure to bring my resume, show up on time, and felt really welcome. They let me know the same day they wanted to proceed with me.

The interview process was smooth, well-structured, and moved quickly. It started with an initial screening interview with the recruiter about my customer service background, communication skills, and interest in the role. It was a friendly chat to get to know my experience and work style. The second interview was with the Branch Manager, mostly about industry knowledge like understanding rental operations, sales approaches, handling customer needs, and familiarity with similar work environments. The Branch Manager also shared more about the day-to-day responsibilities. The third and final interview was a virtual meeting with the General Manager, focused on overall fit, professionalism, and customer service philosophy. The GM asked about my strengths, work ethic, and how I deliver great customer experiences. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and the team was professional and welcoming. Overall, it was a positive and efficient experience.

Worst interview experience ever. A 4-stage interview. - The first interview was with the talent acquisition. Standard questions were asked: why do you want to join? metrics for conversational AI chatbots, stakeholders management, and some situational questions such as define a challenge you faced in your past experience(s) and elaborate on how did you overcome it. - The second interview was with the hiring manager. We delved more into the chatbot and the company's vision. More tech questions were raised such as: KPIs, how do you produce a roadmap? Stakeholders Management, and delivery (timelines, scope, c-exec communication reg. status updates). The 3rd was a take-home assignment that tackles 4 key points: Delivery Management - Roadmap - KPIs - Board Meeting Presentation After almost a week, I got a phone call from the TA stating that they won't be moving forward with my application. She mentioned that I did well except for exercise number 3, where I missed some of the KPIs. I then asked her, well, if I didn't do well in one of the 4 questions, would this disqualify me from the process ... she was speechless. Honestly, this came as a surprise!

So the process was pretty straightforward, three main parts: first, a quick call to see if you were a fit, then a chat with the person you'd be reporting to, and finally, a role-play thing with some of the higher-ups. Everything went fine during the interviews, but the aftermath was a total bummer. They made it sound like I aced the last part, so the complete radio silence afterwards was super weird. I tried reaching out a bunch, like, for almost a whole month, super politely, but nothing. Then out of the blue, just a generic rejection email, no explanation, nothing. For a company that acts all high and mighty, you'd think they'd at least communicate better.

  • Can you tell me about your experience with initial screening calls and how you approach them?
  • I was given a prompt for a role-play scenario and had 10 minutes to prepare for it.

How do you find the row with the most 1s in a row-wise sorted binary matrix of size n x n?

Given an array of characters, find the minimum length subarray containing all unique elements from the original array. For example, if unique elements are [c,b,d,a] and the array is [c,c,b,d,d,a,a,c,b,b,b,c,d,a], find the subarray. Consider the worst case where the complete array is the minimum length subarray, like in [c,a,a,a,a,d,d,d,b]. Write a function that takes the character array and prints the start and end indices (i,j) of this subarray.
