It was a smooth interview process that took about 45 days. I had interesting conversations with people who seemed to enjoy their jobs. Sadly, a fully remote work option wasn't offered. I learned a lot about the product and my responsibilities, and we also talked about my ideas and strategies.

Interview was pretty standard. First, a call with HR, but they missed the scheduled time and asked to reschedule a few minutes after it was supposed to start. The call with the Hiring Manager was long and focused on situational questions rather than core job responsibilities, which felt a bit odd. A week later, I was given a short deadline to prepare a presentation, which I managed. The final interview included the Hiring Manager's boss. The Hiring Manager didn't seem very engaged during my presentation, almost like it was just a formality. I received a rejection email a few days later. Honestly, they could have rejected me after the second interview, so the presentation felt unnecessary. After the rejection, HR offered feedback, but their emails bounced. I gave them my number to call for feedback but haven't heard back, which makes me wonder if there are internal biases.

I had 3 interviews over 3 weeks. First, a recruiter call. Then, I spoke with my potential manager. Finally, I gave a presentation to the German C-suite. Time differences sometimes messed with scheduling, but the team was nice and flexible!
