Sales Manager
It's a 3-stage process: first a phone call, then an email exchange, and finally an in-person interview. In the final interview, they want to see how you handle yourself in sales. They really care that you're not afraid to make cold calls, and English skills are a must.
- Do you have prior sales experience?
- We'll do a role-playing exercise.
Sales Manager
I was first contacted via the online portal. Then, I got a response from the recruiter by email. After that, there was a virtual interview with two recruiters. Next, I was invited for a second chat with the Hiring Manager and a recruiter. Then, there was an intermediate talk with the Hiring Manager. Finally, there was an in-person meeting at the Sixt HQ.
- What makes you stand out?
- Why do you want to change your employer?
Revenue Manager
Had a screen call with the recruiter, then went on-site for 3 rounds with higher-ups. Felt like a waste of time since my previous work was more challenging in the same field, so I was qualified, but they never let me know the results either way. Completely ghosted. Don't bother applying here.
- Can you tell me the height of the Empire State Building in quarters?
