Behavioral

My first interview was with HR and it was a nice chat. But then I had another interview with the same HR person and the team manager, and it was the worst experience ever. They were laughing and talking to each other while I was there, which made me super anxious. It was clear they didn't care much about candidates or professionalism.

Behavioral Technical

There were 3 rounds to the application process: the first was a pre-selection, the second a telephone interview, and the third an assessment center at their company. After they preselected me, I received an email two weeks later inviting me to the telephone interview. The interviewer asked what I felt were very basic questions during the interview. After the interview, I received an email six weeks later inviting me to the Assessment Centre. I didn't attend because I had already accepted another job offer by then. The assessment center lasts a full day and they cover up to 100€ for travel expenses.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with HR. The in-person part was pretty straightforward. They wanted me to prepare insights about Sixt and its history, plus facts about the mobility sector. Dress in business attire. You'll see the HQ, so feel free to ask where you'd be working. Just be yourself and show curiosity by preparing some questions.
