So the process was pretty straightforward, three main parts: first, a quick call to see if you were a fit, then a chat with the person you'd be reporting to, and finally, a role-play thing with some of the higher-ups. Everything went fine during the interviews, but the aftermath was a total bummer. They made it sound like I aced the last part, so the complete radio silence afterwards was super weird. I tried reaching out a bunch, like, for almost a whole month, super politely, but nothing. Then out of the blue, just a generic rejection email, no explanation, nothing. For a company that acts all high and mighty, you'd think they'd at least communicate better.

Behavioral Technical Case

I had a very casual first meeting at their office with HR and the team manager. We introduced ourselves, discussed my past experience, and they talked about the company and the job. Then, I had a phone interview with a general manager. They asked more specific questions about my experience and skills to see if I was a good fit for the role. We also discussed salary and working hours. Finally, I was invited to complete a small test. This test involved showing I could understand client transportation needs, using Excel formulas for calculations, and writing a thank you email to a client.

Then, we went through my resume, and it was also about assessing personality fit. The atmosphere was pleasant. All commitments were kept, and the job and environment descriptions matched reality. The second interview was with the future boss of my future boss. It was pleasant and quick.
