The interview process was quite challenging. The final round for iOS developers in Sixt Bangalore was scheduled with an iOS developer from Germany, as most local developers were on leave. This interviewer seemed uninterested and rude, joining late, and having technical difficulties with his coding pad. He asked simple questions, and the interview was brief. I think the outcome was already decided by him. The first round, focused on data structures, was more positive. The interviewer was helpful and posed a linked list question where I suggested solutions with extra space but couldn't find the optimal one. A second, harder data structure question was answered with an O(n) solution, and the interviewer valued my approach. The next round involved data structures and design. I was asked a tree question, initially providing a recursive solution, then a non-recursive bottom-up solution, and finally a top-down (BFS) solution, which the interviewer seemed pleased with. A subsequent design question led to a discussion on technical implementations and interfaces. The final round in Bangalore was with the iOS team manager, who asked behavioral and cultural questions. I felt a good connection with him and admired the team and culture. My strong suit, iOS, was also touched upon with basic questions in this final round. However, I felt unfairly judged in the last round and believe I was rejected due to the interviewer's ego, which was a disappointing first for me as an iOS candidate.

The interview process had 4 parts. It started with a quick HR call, followed by a home task where I had to build a map-based project. Then there was a 1-hour tech interview with the team lead, and finally a 1-hour behavioral interview. It was a pretty good experience overall, and the team lead developer was really cool. The entire process took about a month, which felt a little slow to me.

Worst company. After submitting the home assignment by spending 7 days they did not even give detailed feedback about it. I have sent several mails and they did not even bother to give feedback. This was one of the worst interview I ever had in my entire career.
