After several interview sessions on the last interview the reason for being declined was " Your ENGLISH IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, they could not understand you". English is not my mother language and neither the interviewers, everyone has accent. That was the most discriminatory feedback I received EVER in my life. Also not mention that I lived on US and Canada for years without any problem and I work on international companies for +15 years and that was never an issue. Today I felt hurt

The conversations were consistently pleasant and on an equal footing. I always felt well looked after and appreciated for my experience. HR is super transparent, asks great questions - not the usual run-of-the-mill stuff, and is genuinely interested in the person and in finding the right role.

The interview process in September 2013 was very professional. The recruiter was well-prepared based on my resume and asked specific questions related to it. The interview panel was a good mix: my future manager, HR, and a key colleague I'd work with. A less positive aspect was the strong emphasis on whether I'd be content without future promotion opportunities. Might be worth considering ending the interview at that point.
