So there were 3 rounds for this interview. First, a recruiter phone screen happened. Then, I had a behavioral interview with the hiring manager and two team members. The last one was another behavioral interview with the hiring manager and the team lead. All of them were behavioral style, but they did ask some technical questions, though no actual coding was involved. We mainly talked about my past projects, my career goals, and my general experiences.

I'm a data analyst, and my job is basically to look at data, find trends, and pull out insights that can help make better business decisions. I spend a lot of time cleaning up and organizing data using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python. Then I create dashboards, charts, and graphs to show the results in a way that's easy to grasp. I keep an eye on important metrics and build models to try and guess what might happen in the future. My main goal is always to solve problems, bring value, and present my findings clearly and accurately. I really like working with databases, writing queries, and using my skills to save time and help out the team with useful reports.

I went through three interviews for this Training Manager job. I talked with two managers (one mid-level, one senior-level) and also did a peer interview. Most of the questions were about my experience managing training programs and people, my people skills, and how I handle projects. The peer interview was really different and memorable. They asked a lot of unusual, open-ended questions, like hypothetical 'what ifs'. It was engaging and I felt I could be myself. Everyone I met was prepared, asked good questions, and were open about their work. I especially liked the creative questions in the peer interview, it showed a good team dynamic.

Behavioral Technical

First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter and another person from the team. Then I went for an in-person interview. The interview itself wasn't difficult, but the team members and management I met were unprofessional and unwelcoming. Even though I got there 10 minutes early, nobody spoke to me until about 30 minutes past my appointment. I know things happen, but the manager and team were just hanging out, laughing and chatting. It was really off-putting and makes me understand why that location gets so many complaints.

  • Can you share an experience with a difficult customer and how you managed it?
