I applied online and got an online assessment. About a week after I finished it, I got a call for an interview. The call was from the branch directly, no recruiter. The same day I interviewed, I got called back for a second interview the next week. About five days after the second interview, they posted the job again and never got back to me, so I didn't get the job. It's disappointing since I thought I did well and I keep thinking about my second interview answers. I'd like to reapply to Navy Federal later, they seem like a great company. But I rated this a negative experience because the branch never contacted me, and I didn't even get a form email from recruiting saying they weren't interested.

I found a call center job on their company website and applied. A few days later, an HR person called me to do an assessment test. I passed the test, which had basic math problems about banking and asked me to pick the best and worst ways to respond to customer calls. After passing, I was set up for an interview. I talked with a call center supervisor who asked about four pretty simple questions and told me about the company. I also got to ask my own questions. It felt like it went well. I heard they send an email within a couple days if you don't get the job. If they want to hire you, they do a background and credit check. If you pass, they might offer you a spot in an upcoming training class. The whole thing has taken a couple weeks. I haven't heard back yet either way, but it seems like a good place to work with nice benefits.

Applied online and then got an email to take an assessment. After that, I got a call for an interview. I went in for the interview and had to fill out some paperwork and also complete an essay question. Then I interviewed with two managers. After that, I was called back to fill out more paperwork, and that's when I was offered the position.
