The interview was great, and I had a really positive experience. The hiring manager was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable and welcome. They put me at ease during our chat, and I thought they were really approachable and engaging. We chatted about different things related to the role and the company, and I found what they shared to be both helpful and motivating.

They made it very clear that if you hope to get a full-time job after the internship / when you graduate, you must work at the call center and "work your way up" - their words, not mine. If you give any inclination that the call center is not a path you want to take, they won't consider you for future opportunities. Because of that, I declined the offer.
