Behavioral Technical Coding

Started with a phone screening with HR. Then, there was a 1st interview with the team that included both behavioral and technical questions. The final round was a scenario-based coding assessment with the hiring manager and the team. Both of the last two rounds were virtual calls. The process was really comfortable and didn't feel like an interview.

I applied online and heard back from a recruiter about two weeks later. The next day, I had a formal interview with a data scientist. After the interview, I was told I wouldn't hear back for at least two weeks due to a high volume of applicants. It's now been six weeks with no response. I sent a thank you to the recruiter right after the interview and followed up three weeks later via email, but neither has been answered.
