Got a ping from a recruiter to start. We set up a quick call, a preliminary phone screen with another analyst. After that went well, I came in for a face-to-face interview a week later with the same analyst and two other team members. The interview was pretty chill, mostly scenario-based questions which I like, but they also asked about me as a person, not just past work. The three people I met were super friendly and passionate, and they answered all my questions really well. Usually, I'm left wondering if I got good answers, but they nailed it. You can spot a fake from a mile away, and these folks were the real deal, genuinely invested in their projects. So yeah, it was a really good experience. The whole thing, from the first call to the offer, took about two weeks, which is fast for this industry.

The interview process is difficult and they ask behavioral type questions. The interview lasted 1 hour. This is too long in my opinion when asking someone who is taking time away from a current job to interview.
