This was one of the worst interviews I've ever experienced. The timing was bad for everything. It started well with a nice HR person, but then they made me very uncomfortable with long processes. There was a lack of respect from the interviewers, with one taking over 30 minutes late to start. After I spent time preparing my case, I got no response from HR or the person who ghosted me, as they said it's not 'their problem.' I've had other interviews at Mondelez, but this showed me their lack of respect for candidates, and I can only imagine how they treat employees! I don't know if I'd consider interviewing again, but I'll definitely avoid certain people.
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
Analyst
I want to congratulate the company on the agility of the selection process. Unlike many experiences I've had, this was a quick and straightforward process, allowing for genuine insight into both my personal and professional life. The response time between stages was excellent. My only suggestion for improvement would be to diversify communication channels, as exclusive contact via email can be a bit limiting. If there were a more instantaneous alternative, the process would be even more optimized. Overall, it was a great experience.
- What would make you leave your current job for Mondelez?
Knowledge Analyst
In my last job, a stakeholder needed something done fast, but I didn't have all the info and doing it wrong would have been bad. I had to figure out what they really needed, manage their expectations, and get it right on time. I went back to the stakeholder to get the missing details, explained why I needed them, and worked with the right team to make sure we did it correctly. I prioritized it but kept notes on everything so everyone knew what was happening. We fixed it correctly and on time, the stakeholder was happy with how I kept them informed, and it helped stop similar problems later.
