Communications
Smooth application process with clear communication and relevant questions. It's a two-way street, allowing you to quickly learn a lot about the culture and organization. As you advance, the contact becomes more personal. Quick feedback and follow-up.
- Tell me more about your experience.
Marketing
I applied through my school's co-op portal. There was one 60-minute interview with two hiring managers. They asked some behavioral and situational/case-based questions. The interview was pretty casual and the questions they asked weren't very difficult.
- What brand do you like the most?
Marketing
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I found the job on LinkedIn, applied, and then had 3 interviews. The first was with the recruiter, the second with the director, and the third with brand managers. This might change depending on the department though. My advice is to be yourself and research current trends and the organization. They'll tell you which department you're interviewing for beforehand. Also, I didn't know anyone at the company before getting hired.
- Can you describe a recent marketing campaign or project you worked on, and specify your role in it?
