Behavioral Case

I applied through my school's co-op portal. There was one 60-minute interview with two hiring managers. They asked some behavioral and situational/case-based questions. The interview was pretty casual and the questions they asked weren't very difficult.

Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I found the job on LinkedIn, applied, and then had 3 interviews. The first was with the recruiter, the second with the director, and the third with brand managers. This might change depending on the department though. My advice is to be yourself and research current trends and the organization. They'll tell you which department you're interviewing for beforehand. Also, I didn't know anyone at the company before getting hired.
