The whole interview process was great and organized. Everyone was professional, clear, and respectful. First, there was an HR screening to go over my background, resume, and interest in the job. Then, I had a technical interview with the team where we talked about continuous improvement, Lean/TPM tools, and solving real-world problems. The team was engaging and the talk felt like a team effort. Finally, there was a call with HR to discuss next steps, offer details, and onboarding. It was a really supportive and informative experience. Things moved at a good speed, and communication was always fast. I felt valued and informed.

The interview went really well. It lasted over an hour and a half. During that time, they showed me around the facilities and went into detail about the role and the tasks I'd be doing. We agreed on a second online interview with the European Talent Acquisition manager, but it was ultimately canceled because the factory expressed interest in hiring me directly for the team. However, since receiving that confirmation email, I haven't heard anything back, which I think is a significant communication breakdown. I'm still waiting for a clear answer or at least an explanation as to why, after showing so much initial interest, there's been this complete silence.

Had an initial phone interview that went well, and then they reached out for an onsite interview. Red flags started showing up when I arrived for the interview. The front desk had no clue I was coming or about the interview. They didn't know who was supposed to interview me. I had to tell them the person's name, and then the front desk couldn't reach them. I waited about 30 minutes until some random employee tried to help but couldn't. Then, a different person came and took me to start the interview. The interview with the other process engineers was good, and they asked some solid technical questions. After that, the hiring manager was late and was really rude and blunt with his interview questions. The interview finished with him saying HR would contact me about an upgrade to a Sr. Process Engineer role because of my qualifications. HR did reach out but hadn't been told about the Sr. position. They then followed up saying they wanted to move forward with the Sr. position, but with the same salary as the regular process engineer role. I made a counter offer and was ghosted for about two weeks before getting an automated message that they chose another candidate. Overall, the company has really bad communication and people skills, with many red flags.
