Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mondelēz International.
Demand Planner
HR messaged me, which seemed a bit spammy. The first step was a basic phone call with HR. Then I had a second round with managers. They asked some behavioral and professional questions, really digging into my past role's tasks and how I handled them. They also asked if I was interested in a different role and promised feedback in two weeks, but then they ghosted me and never followed up.
- Tell me about a time you experienced failure.
Supply Planner
it was laid back and not stressful. the questions are around your knowledge in the operation and experience. 3 senior managers handled the interview and it's either you can answer the questions or you cant.
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
- How proficient are you with Excel?
- How proficient are you with SAP?
Demand Planner
It started with a 20-minute HR screening call to go over my background and salary thoughts. After that, I had a technical interview with the Hiring Manager, which really dove into S&OP and Demand Planning topics, touching on metrics like Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and DOH.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Could you tell me about your professional experience?
- Why are you considering a move?
