The interview process was very quick and felt disorganized. The coordination wasn't very professional, making the whole experience feel unpolished. The recruiting coordinator is in a different country, leading to time zone mix-ups on invites that caused confusion. I'm not sure if that's the most efficient way to do things. I personally think that by the time they reached out to me for the interview, a decision had already been made, which might be why the whole process felt so rushed. The job listing being taken down the day before the spontaneous phone call from the recruiting coordinator is what made me think this. When I looked for the job listing, I found listings on other sites that didn't exactly match the description I applied for.

The interview process started with an HR screening where we discussed my background. Then there was an examination that covered general knowledge. This was followed by a case study which involved both group and individual presentations. The next stage was a panel interview. Finally, they extended a job offer. Overall, I enjoyed the whole process and was really hopeful they'd accept me. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job offer, which was okay since it was my first job application ever so I was pretty happy with how far I got. What really disappointed me though was that they left me hanging before telling me I was rejected. A month after my panel interview, I tried reaching out to the HR point person for the program countless times and he would just ignore me. I know they're busy as well but a simple and short response that they're still shortlisting candidates would've sufficed but no. He ignored my emails and seen zoned my message.

The interview process with Mondelez was disappointing. I initially got an automated email for a recruiter interview, but the recruiter never showed up. After I sent several emails, I got another automated message to reschedule. The recruiter finally showed up but didn't even apologize. After a few more rounds, I asked the recruiter for an update because I had another offer. I followed up many times, but never heard back. This put me in a tough spot, and I almost lost the other offer because of the poor communication, even though I was really interested in Mondelez. Even a quick update would have been great. Recruiters really influence how candidates see a company, and just a simple communication update can make a big difference in their experience. I wanted to share this so you remember that even brief updates, knowing you're busy, can really help maintain a good impression of the company.
