I applied on the company website and got an email confirming a phone interview with an HR person based in England. The interview lasted 45 minutes and included general questions and two complex questions. Five days later, I received an email from the manager for a second phone interview. Two people were on the call and asked questions more related to the internship tasks. The next day, I got an email from the manager with an offer.
