The interview process is managed by 99Jobs. It's a fair and excellent process, providing lots of clarity and support to candidates. The entire process takes about 3 months and includes stages like cultural and Portuguese tests, a pre-dynamic session, a dynamic session with managers, and final interviews.

I applied online to be an intern in HR. About 3 weeks later, I was called for an assessment center. It lasted 2 hours, supervised by 3-4 people, and there were about 8-10 of us being interviewed. The Mondelez staff were quite nice, honestly. The assessment had 2 parts: a presentation based on choosing a city, and a discussion about a moon exploration where we had to choose who should be removed from the ship (literally, I don't know why so many companies insist on these 'selection' methods). It wasn't terrible, but by the end, I couldn't wait for it to be over (needless to say, even though I study HR, I'm not a fan of these processes). After the assessment, there was supposed to be another stage of individual interviews. In my case, they never contacted me again or informed me that I wasn't selected (which I knew from the moment the interview ended, but it's always good for a company to maintain appearances... I don't know why so many multinationals try so hard to seem inefficient in communication).

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Introduce yourself by choosing a city and explaining the similarities between you and it.
  • Choose a character and defend them to avoid being kicked off the ship.
