It was a long process, and the interviewers were really nice. They talked a lot about how the company is like a big family and how they genuinely want to get to know you and treat you well. But then, they just ghosted me.
So, the interview was kinda rough, not gonna lie. It didn't feel super welcoming. There was this one question I couldn't answer right away, so I asked if we could circle back to it. By the end of the interview, the interviewer brought it up again. I'm not sure I answered it how she wanted. It's been two weeks since the interview, and I haven't heard anything back. I even sent an email to the HR Recruiter, but still no response. It felt pretty unprofessional, especially since she was so eager to get me to interview in the first place.
I got a call and did a phone screening. Then, I had a one-on-one interview where I had to fill out a questionnaire. The last step was getting the written contract offer, and they went over the compensation with me.
