Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was easy and direct, with typical questions. First, I talked to the hiring manager. Then, I met some of the office staff. Everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable.

The first interview was scheduled very quickly, the next day. However, only half the management team could attend, so a second interview was necessary with the rest of the team. The second interview had questions unrelated to the job, and felt like an interrogation. After being told the first interview went well, I was ghosted. I had to reach out to HR after a couple of weeks to find out I didn't get the role, despite being told they needed someone immediately. They didn't have the courtesy to reject me in a timely manner.

it wasn't bad, they accepted me directly after I told them my skills. so it was definitely worth everything I went through ngl, before you should prepare by going to their website to learn more about the company.
