Candidate-reported interview process

So the ad said like $40-50k, but really it's 100% commission with no benefits and no warm leads. They do have this 7-week training though, which pays minimum wage. It's not a bad setup if you have savings to cover potentially months without income.

The interview experience was good. It was set up quickly and in a timely manner. The interview itself went well, mostly screening questions to check your interpersonal skills since it's a sales job. I ended up choosing a different offer because I had done a similar job before, but if you like being your own boss and can handle basically 100% commission, this might be a good path for you.

First there was an online overview, then a 1 on 1 interview either in person or online. After that came licensing, and then you start working. It's a really simple process with lots of opportunities.
