I first had a call with HR, then 2 round interviews. The 1st was with HR to check for job fit and if my skills correspond, and the other was with the regional sales coordinator to check for personality fit and my ability to do the job.
We started with a group presentation for everyone, then the partners came and picked people for individual interviews in separate rooms.
It's a two-part interview. First, you'll join a group of 2-5 people where they'll hype up how fast you can earn money selling insurance. Even if you're not into it, they'll still invite you to the second round, a 1-on-1. If you're desperate for cash, go for it. But if you're normal, you deserve better. You can attend the first interview to see what others do, then bounce.
