Candidate-reported interview process

It was a group overview with 20 people where they talked about the company and the job. They explained the training program and the concept of supplemental insurance. They also went over the distribution system, noting it's B2B rather than individual home visits or phone calls.

The job title is Account Manager, but it's really a sales role focused on selling insurance to employees at their workplaces. A recruiter contacted me for an initial meeting, and then the regional manager did a presentation.

The interview process was well-organized and included a presentation to give a better overview of the company and its benefits. It was a great experience overall, showing that they care about their employees and foster a friendly, family-like atmosphere.
