Candidate-reported interview process

They did a webinar first, and if they liked you, they set up a 1 on 1 interview. You schedule everything through email, which was pretty easy. The webinar was about 30 mins. Dress to impress.

Recruiter reached out about an opportunity and the process was straightforward and quick. The first interview was a group session via Zoom, and the second was a one-on-one meeting. Overall, the experience was very informative, giving me a good sense of the day-to-day responsibilities. I particularly liked the one-on-one meeting as it allowed me to share my thoughts on why I'd be a strong candidate.

Recruiter gave a presentation, shared their story and answered all my questions. I talked about myself. They also explained the payment structure and the 100% commission model.
