Candidate-reported interview process

I went to an info session, and the day after I had a call with the hiring manager. It was super easy, I'd totally recommend it.

First interview was a phone call to learn about the company. Then an in person interview in a classroom setting to learn more about the company. The third interview is the only actual interview and focuses on your position.

They had a Group Interview first where they basically tried to sell us on why AFLAC is a great place to work. Then, there was an individual interview that went over the compensation packages. It was mentioned that this job does not include a base salary.
