Candidate-reported interview process

The first 10-min interview over the phone was awesome! We just took the time to know each other and it felt humane and actually like the Manager wanted to know who I was. A second interview is still to come!

Group session first then a one on one. It was a quick process and they gave me honest information to help me decide. They reached out to me based on my resume. They were flexible on the date for the group info session. I attended without planning to join but after leaving, I was eager to start. A state license is required.

So I went in for an interview, but it turned out to be a sales presentation where everyone there was getting pitched to. They never sent me a job description even when I asked multiple times. It was basically a recruitment pitch to get people to sell stuff for commission only. They should have just said it was that upfront instead of calling it an interview when it wasn't.
