Candidate-reported interview process

I was not told upfront that the job was commission-only. I left once I realized that there was no pay for this contractor role. It was super unprofessional and a big waste of my time.

It felt like a super day. I met with several managers in a single afternoon. They were all pleasant and didn't push too hard. About 30-40% of the time was spent with them discussing company culture, the responsibilities of the hiring role, and what's expected.

The process included a good mix of company information, job orientation, and a clear understanding of expectations for the role. You get to meet multiple team members and management personnel, giving a good feel for the team you'll be part of.
