Candidate-reported interview process

Super simple. I went to their office for an in-person interview. They do a lot of cold calling for sales jobs, so it was pretty easy. The job itself is basically cold calling people, looking through resumes, setting up interviews, ranking those resumes, and then sending them to the hiring managers. Really straightforward, so the interview was easy.

First up was a quick 30-minute phone chat with the recruiter, mainly to see what you're aiming for and check out your background. After that, there was a three-on-one Zoom session with the hiring manager and some others.

The hiring manager talked to me about my work history and schooling. They also asked about my strengths and why I'd be best for the position. We discussed my past roles and what I know about the company.
