Operations Supervisor
It starts with a quick basic phone call to get things rolling. Then, you just show up for the next part. The whole process is set up to be fast, easy, and really simple, so you can move ahead without any tough stuff or long waits. It's all about keeping it easy and convenient from the beginning.
- Can you tell me about your background and previous experience?
- What are your salary expectations?
Engineer
The interview process was pretty standard. It had 3 rounds, covering personality, technical skills, and cultural fit. The first and third rounds were easy, but the second round required a bit of preparation. I think if you have a decent background and are willing to learn, you'll do fine.
- Can you list the security tools you are familiar with and have used?
- What is your understanding of threat modeling?
Financial Systems Analyst
Applied online on LinkedIn, had three separate interviews after the initial screening call. Got to meet the team and all interviews went well. Had my final interview on December 5th, 2025, and then was completely ghosted. Sent 3 follow-up emails and gave up. Gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was the holidays, but it didn't work out. Be warned, even if you get to the final round, you might not hear back. Pretty unprofessional.
- Tell me about a challenge you faced where you had to build something to overcome it.
Business Analyst
The XPO Logistics interview for an apprenticeship usually goes through a few steps. First, the HR team checks the CV and cover letter. Then, you’ll have a phone or video call with HR to talk about your background, why you want the job, and what you know about the company. After that, the manager will have a more technical chat about the job duties, the skills needed, and maybe some practice scenarios. Finally, you’ll hear back with a yes or no within a few days.
- What did you understand from the job offer?
