I had 3 meetings with 3 executives, each lasting less than an hour. They asked pretty direct questions about my sales background and my approach to the job. No behavioral questions were asked.

Behavioral Group

It was a group interview with three other people and the whole process took about two weeks until I got an offer letter. I also shadowed some employees and then met with three office managers. They first asked everyone three questions and gave us a few minutes to write down our answers. These were standard questions to gauge problem-solving and adversity handling skills. I was prepared for the group interview, but it might have been more intimidating otherwise.

Group Behavioral Technical

It started with a group interview where we did round robin style questions, so everyone got to answer every question. It's a good chance to show your stuff. After that, you might get to sit in with someone who's currently doing the job, and then you'll meet with a few managers. They'll ask about your past experience and if you're up for doing that kind of work every day. You've gotta be really comfortable on the phone, and having Salesforce experience is a plus.
