Customer Service Representative
I started with a phone interview where they gave an overview of the position and asked some general questions about my resume. The next day, I went in for an in-person interview which was a panel of interviewers. It went smoothly and lasted about an hour. A week later, I got a call for a second in-person interview. They asked the same questions as the first interview, just with a different person asking. The whole process was very smooth and the people were very friendly. Two days after that, they called and offered me the job.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to prioritize multiple projects with deadlines?
Customer Service Representative
I originally applied for a temporary position, but they liked my experience and personality so much that they offered me a direct hire role instead. The interview was in-person with two interviewers and lasted almost an hour. They asked about my experience with operations and timeliness, my communication skills, and what I prioritize most: safety, productivity, or quality. They mentioned the company is growing fast and wants to hire people who are eager to grow and learn within the company.
- Can you be flexible with your work hours?
- What is your priority: safety, productivity, or quality?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and then got scheduled for an interview. It was done over Zoom. I got the job offer and even started working for a few days, but I quit because the environment was really toxic!
