The hiring journey started with signing up on the Gupy platform, a basic registration and submission of professional details. While simple, similar to many Gupy processes, there's not much clarity on timelines between stages. Next, there was a chat with HR, which was relaxed and centered on behavioral aspects, your career path, and if you'd fit the company culture. They managed it professionally and let me ask about the job, perks, and work setup. Finally, a technical interview with the direct manager focused on practical experience, problem-solving, and real-world scenarios in the field. It was a direct and useful talk to grasp the role's expectations.

Group Presentation Behavioral

The interview is collective, first it is presented how it will occur, the internship stipend and benefits and then they separate the candidates into different rooms to carry out the stages. First, there will be a letter with a time for each participant to make their individual presentation. After that, the group dynamic that was proposed and explained at the beginning on how it should be done is carried out, where the candidates must respond and think about solutions together. When they finish within the determined time, you must present the project or solution thought out. In all these moments you are being evaluated by someone from the company. Those who pass this process go to an interview with the manager.

The interview process was really good and they were clear and respectful. I got to talk about my professional journey, my sales experience, and my passion for customer service. Even though I didn't get the job this time, I think they made a mistake not picking me because I'm a really dedicated salesperson, good at communicating, and I have the drive to achieve results. I'm great at building customer relationships and always aim to exceed goals with ethics and empathy. I'll keep trying because I admire the company and believe I'll get the right chance to join the team.
