It was a long process with many steps. Online, there were 3 interviews. In person, they didn't respect the schedule. The recruiter was impersonal and distant. The manager's interview was a chat without much interest in my skills. At the end, I only got an answer after contacting them a week later. I didn't continue the process.

Behavioral Presentation

Processo bem cuidadoso. Gostei bastante da forma que fui tratado na entrevista pelo gestor e pelo RH. A apresentação da cultura e dos benefícios foi essencial para a avaliação. Além disso cumpriu os horários agendados e foi dado a devolutiva antes do prazo agendado

Behavioral

The process started with Gupy. I had an interview with a recruiter to talk about the job and my interest. Then, I interviewed with the store manager online for the store I applied to. After that, I spoke with an HR analyst. Everyone was attentive and dynamic, without too many tiring questions. After being approved, I received a proposal letter, got my pre-employment medical exam, and sent all my documents online. This all happened in June 2021, with a July start date. Ten days before starting, they postponed my start to September. Once again, ten days before, they told me it would be pushed to October. I was very disappointed by then. They lacked care and ethics. They left me hanging. And then... five days before starting, they informed me my hiring would be postponed to November. I never imagined going through this. Each time, they told me to ask if I had any questions! (Questions? Whoever needs a job swallows their pride and waits, or looks for another opportunity. That's what I did). I appreciate the lack of care Vivo showed me.
