I applied through Gupy. A few weeks later, I had an initial phone interview with an HR representative. Following that, there was a video call interview with the hiring management. A week after the management interview, I received an automated negative response through Gupy. I found this very careless, as my rejection wasn't a result of algorithmic screening with hundreds of candidates. Given how far I got in the selection process, there shouldn't have been many people left at that stage, which wouldn't have made it impossible to provide more structured feedback – even out of respect for the candidate who invested their time in extensive interviews, online tests, etc.

I applied through Gupy and my resume was selected. Then they contacted me via WhatsApp. On the day of the interview, which was on Teams, there were 10 other people competing for the position. Each person had 10 minutes to talk about their work history and whether or not they had experience with the tools mentioned by the Vivo project team. I think 10 minutes was too short for each person for this role.
