The interview process was smooth and well-organized. First, I sent my resume and answered some questions about my skills and experience. Then, I had the interview, where I talked about my qualities, my customer service course, and my desire to learn. During the conversation, I tried to stay calm, answer clearly, and show interest in the position. It was a good chance to show who I am and what I can offer the company.

Behavioral Presentation Case Group

The process was handled by Gupy, involving some online tests before I was invited to a group interview. In this stage, there were about 70 people on Teams, and the recruiter talked about the role, salary, and other details. Afterward, 20 people stayed in the room for a brief interview, discussing professional background and focusing on sales (since that was the current opening). Those who couldn't stay were called another day for this interview. Then, I was invited for an interview with management and a dynamic activity. There were 8 candidates on Teams and 3 recruiters. Each candidate had to introduce themselves, and during the presentation, the recruiters asked questions like: 'What are your biggest challenges?' and 'What is your differential in customer service?' To avoid too many questions, it's best to present yourself with as many details as possible. After the presentations, there was a dynamic where we had to sell a product to one of the recruiters, who raised many objections and expressed no interest in buying. My tip is to avoid trying to sell internet, TV, or mobile plans because they know all the common customer objections, so people who tried selling these had a hard time. You have 3 minutes to sell, and don't worry, they'll let you know when time's up. I got approved the same day and a few days later they sent the documentation to start working. Overall, the process is straightforward and manageable. Try to stay calm and practice repeating your professional journey to yourself so you don't forget anything on the day.

Behavioral Other

The worst interview ever. They use Gupy and it's impossible to talk to whoever is handling the process. It took about 45 days, I answered the same pointless questions multiple times (they almost asked for my zodiac sign), and then I got an automated rejection. They never asked me about real situations I might face in the daily routine, but instead asked about fictional characters for vacation. It's audacious that they claim to be one of the best places to work in the country when they treat candidates like trash. I felt infantilized and they ignored my disability.
