The interview was really good. First, the HR person presented the company, and then the hiring manager talked about the role. All candidates introduced themselves, and we did a group activity. I got feedback the following week, but unfortunately, I wasn't approved.

I applied through Gupy and had an interview with HR, then with the manager, and finally a group dynamic with 6 other people. Honestly, I hadn't done a dynamic like that since my internship 15 years ago. The salary was presented during this dynamic, so I figured it wasn't negotiable. If HR had shared the salary in the first contact, it would have saved a lot of people time. They said they'd give the results the same week as the dynamic, but since no one contacted me, I reached out to the HR person who just told me someone else was chosen, without much feedback. The job posting on Gupy remained open, and I only got the closing notification this week, over a month after the group dynamic.

I applied through the platform, which was quite intuitive. There were two interviews with leaders and managers. It was a light and relaxed conversation, and I felt very comfortable, which really helped with my nervousness. They responded quickly and it was a great experience.

Tell me about the group activity. My internet went down, and when it came back, they wouldn't let me participate again. They called me to say I hadn't been selected for the next stage.
