The interview is easy. It includes a color blindness test and general questions about your experience and license. After that, you'll get an email to enter your details. It's a good idea to research the company and the specific role beforehand. Be yourself and have real examples ready for behavioral questions, like using the STAR method. Practice skills related to the job, such as coding, case studies, product thinking, or talking to customers. Ask smart questions that show you're curious and align with Vistaprint’s values. Always send a nice thank-you note afterward.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Coding

The whole process has 4 interviews, and you gotta pass each one to move to the next. It starts with HR, then a chat with the manager and someone from the design team. Next up is a panel interview, and the final round is a whiteboard exercise in Figma with both designers and developers. They said they'd give feedback before Christmas, but then they just ghosted me. After all the work I put in, getting ghosted is really disrespectful and shows their company standards. I definitely wouldn't apply there again.

Behavioral

A Recruiter reached out to me for an initial phone screen. After a two-week silence, they got back in touch to set up a 45-minute chat with the Hiring Manager. Following that, I went through three more behavioral interviews: one with the same Hiring Manager and two with Directors from different regions. Although I didn't get the job, they were really open and gave me solid feedback about why they chose other candidates over me.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It was a super organized and communicative process. Started with an HR phone screening, then a chat with the hiring manager. The final stage had four interviews over a couple days, each digging into different business areas. They really focused on how I analyze and handle sales data for decision-making, plus the typical experience-based questions. This last part included video calls with heads of other departments, the hiring manager again, and a case study. They gave me the case study 5 minutes before the interview and I had 45 mins to do it. The next week, HR called with feedback and clear reasons why I didn't get the job.
