The phone interview went well, the person interviewing me was patient and empathetic. They let me speak and actually listened. Standard questions came up like 'tell me about yourself', 'why are you leaving your current job', and 'what are your salary expectations?'. They don't talk about salary until later in the process.

The work environment and people are very bad. The trainer is very unprofessional. If you try to complain, they suddenly make you feel guilty, and then you end up leaving the job.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Getting an interview was the hardest part. I got a call but then heard nothing back, so I had to call them to check because the Jr. recruiter 'forgot'. I was recommended later by another employee. I went through three rounds of interviews and a phone assessment, which wasn't too difficult. The interviewers explained each step. However, interviews for internal job openings aren't as good or smooth as external ones.
