Behavioral Technical

The interview process felt unstructured and dragged on a bit. They didn't really lay out the next steps clearly. It seemed a little disorganized, with a week or so sometimes passing without any updates. Even though it was drawn out and not super organized, everyone I interacted with was really nice and seemed to have good intentions.

Behavioral Technical Coding

It was a very long and tedious process but a very interesting experience. Even though the job is in Tunis, a recruiter from Barcelona first mailed me to have an appointment for a phone call. In this 1 hour conversation he collected many information about my career path and evaluated my English proficiency. Then I had a whole afternoon of technical interviews with people working in Boston. Finally, I had a couple of other phone calls to understand more thoroughly the position and make sure it fits my aspirations.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was quite time-consuming, starting from the telephonic rounds all the way to personal rounds. There was a lot of clarity provided before the final hiring decision, including all the details about salary and working standards. There were about 3 rounds of interviews in total, including one with senior management, and the process is based out of India, depending on the post applied for.
