It was a pretty long process with quite a few interviews, lasting between 30 minutes and 1 hour. There were different SQL tests (not too complicated and done online), discussions of different scenarios, and interviews with more than 4 different people.

I had originally applied for a different role at VistaPrint. About a week later, a recruiter reached out to me about the Associate Analyst position. I expressed interest, and an interview with the hiring manager was scheduled a few days later. The interview itself was straightforward. However, I learned during the interview that the role wasn't a good fit for me. I was disappointed, especially since the recruiter had contacted me about this specific position that I hadn't initially applied for.

I applied through my Career Services for this role. Vistaprint wasn't my top choice but it seemed like a good place to work and the job would be consultative. I submitted my resume and cover letter and got an on-campus interview. There was an info session the night before the first round which was pretty good, and gave me a better understanding of the challenges Vistaprint faces. The interview involved a behavioral part and a case study problem-solving part. It was a bit tricky but manageable, and we finished by discussing the case study. After I left, my answers were graded. I then got invited to Vistaprint's SuperSaturday event at their headquarters. This event invites candidates from top universities. The night before the interviews, there was a networking session which was really well-organized, with colored lanyards to help identify people from different divisions. Everyone seemed relaxed and intelligent, happy with their career progression. There were also Q&A panels for each division and a general one. The interview day included a facility tour and three 45-minute interviews: one behavioral, one case study, and one technical. The case study was a highlight of the recruitment process. I wanted to learn a lot, contribute, and grow fast, which Vistaprint offers. You really hit the ground running here, with great support, and can build a career, especially if you're a high performer. While I didn't prioritize work-life balance during interviews, having a social life during the week is a definite plus.
