It wasn't a typical hiring process, but started with a case competition where Vista partnered with a university club. As our team made it to the finals, we were fast-tracked into what I believe was called the "Vista Internship/Audition day." This involved a series of brief 10-minute one-on-one chats with Vista employees, mostly from the Software or Management departments.

So I met with recruiters at a campus event, and then a couple weeks later they called me to interview with two engineers the next day at my school's career lab. I did two in-person technical interviews, which were pretty basic: one was about design and the other was a quick coding problem. They offered me the job two days after that. The whole thing was super fast, which was great.

I talked to a few people during the interview process. It started with HR, then I met with three members of the team I'd be joining. After that, I had a final chat with HR. While Vistaprint has a reputation for being tough to interview with, it was pretty chill for an intern role. They were mainly interested in hearing about my previous work, why I want to work there, and what I can contribute.
