Behavioral Case

The whole thing took about 4-5 weeks, which is pretty long. I talked to like 6 people from the team. It was a nice chat, but it felt a bit like an inside club. I did get the sense that people can switch teams around there more easily than at other companies.

Got a call from HR after applying online to set up a time. Right before our chat, she sent a new invite for a different day/time. No message or anything. I was free at that new time, so I accepted. When that next call came up, she rescheduled again. Again, no message. The third time, she just didn't call me at our scheduled time. I emailed her to ask if we were still meeting, and she called me 18 minutes after our scheduled meeting. I didn't answer because I was preparing for another call. I tried calling her back later, but couldn't leave a message because her voicemail was full. I emailed again to ask if she'd like to reschedule. No response. So unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical Other

I was interviewed at the very beginning of the Barcelona office adventure and was referred by my sister who gave me tricks as of the interview. I was interviewed by 5 different people, 1 hour each. I've been given a little translation test as I was going to be in charge of translating the website. They expect a lot that you know about the company.
