The whole process spanned over 6 weeks and required persistent follow-up with the recruiter. Initially, I had to complete an online MCQ test covering quantitative reasoning, logical analysis, and English proficiency. After submitting the test and following up twice, my role-play interview was scheduled, but it got postponed a couple of times. Then, there was a phone call, and a date was set for the role-play and psychometric test, but the psychometric part was suddenly canceled. On the day of the role-play, I first had an HR interview, which was pleasant but felt drawn out due to excessive follow-up questions. The role-play itself involved a hypothetical scenario where I had to propose a calming solution, and my recorded performance was sent to their headquarters for evaluation by hiring managers without any prior knowledge of company procedures. The decision-making seemed unpredictable, and the overall recruitment process felt a bit chaotic despite the friendly HR team.

I had an on campus interview first, it was pretty chill and had usual behavioral questions. Then, I went to their Lexington office for a final round that lasted all day, from 8 AM to 4 PM. It included 3 interviews: one behavioral and two case studies. The rest of the time was spent on info sessions, a tour, and an office happy hour. It was super informative, but a really long day. They decided fast and even called to let me know I didn't get an offer. Honestly, I was impressed with how much thought they put into the whole thing.

I applied through campus recruiting and got contacted for an on-campus interview. That first interview was an hour-long case study, which wasn't too bad. A few days later, I got a call saying I was accepted to come for an on-site interview about a month after. That interview day was really long, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. It involved some presentations, three one-hour interviews back-to-back, a tour, lunch, and a happy hour. The whole day was excessively long, especially since they probably only really assessed us during those three hours of interviews. I generally liked the company, but I'm not sure about their evaluation methods because I left feeling optimistic, but didn't end up getting an offer.
