I had a zoom interview with two interviewers. They asked standard questions and many scenario-based questions, like how I would handle a difficult team member or customer. I felt I didn't get the job because they commented on me interviewing for a field I'm not currently in and mentioned they had other internal candidates.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. You'd get asked questions by the hiring manager or supervisor. They asked about my experience and how I'd handle myself professionally with tough clients, and also about core values.

The interview was a good experience, more like a chat than an actual interview. I got positive feedback and was told a decision would be made in about a week. But, I never found out directly. My application status in the portal was just updated a month and a half later. It would have felt more professional and respectful if they had communicated clearly with candidates.

The interview process was quite long, taking about a month from start to finish. It involved a panel interview with three interviewers. The questions were generally easy. There was also a Garda vetting and reference check, which took a considerable amount of time. The salary offered is quite low, just above minimum wage, though the staff are really nice. It seems like there's a high turnover rate.
